Create a Co-op room and choose the grid size before you begin typing.

Everyone joins the same crossword from the room’s invite link. A browser is all you need.

Fill the clues you know. Live cursors help you see where teammates are working, and letters appear for the whole group.

Every letter belongs to the shared grid. Split up the clues or work through a tricky crossing together.
A little help, together
Check the shared grid when the group is ready. Room checks are briefly spaced so rapid clicks cannot overwhelm the game.
Keep your company
When the grid is solved, the host can deal the next puzzle in the same room and choose its size.
Your invite is the door
Share the room link with the people you want to join. Friendly preset reactions give the group a way to cheer each other on.

Can friends solve the same crossword together?
Yes. CRSWRD Co-op lets up to 12 people fill one shared crossword at the same time. Letters and live cursors appear for everyone in the room.
What crossword sizes can we play in Co-op?
The host can choose a 5×5 or 7×7 grid before the first letter is entered. After solving, the host can choose a size for the next puzzle in the same room.
Does everyone need an account?
No. Create a room and send its invite link. Each friend can open it in a browser and join with a generated display name, which can be changed on the profile page.
Does Co-op change my daily streak?
No. Daily streaks come from clean, ranked daily solves. Co-op is a separate shared game, so you can enjoy helping one another without changing a daily result.
Can we play Co-op offline?
Co-op needs an internet connection to share changes between players. If your connection drops, let the room reconnect or reopen the same invite link in the same browser.
