A human rematch needs both players to accept and be connected. The bot accepts a rematch automatically.

If a player disconnects, the game allows a 120-second reconnect window. Keep the room link handy.

What is Crossword Duel?
CRSWRD Duel is a turn-based crossword tile game for two sides. Players place letter tiles, earn points from letter values and bonus star squares, and take turns until the game ends.
Can I play Duel against the computer?
Yes. Create a Duel room and choose Easy, Medium or Hard practice. The opponent is a built-in game bot, separate from the cloud AI used for optional solo clue hints.
How long is a Duel turn?
Each turn has a 90-second clock. Keep an eye on the turn indicator and timer in the room.
How do friends start a Duel?
Create a Duel room and send its link to a friend. The human game starts when the second player joins. Both players use the same room for rematches.
Who starts a rematch?
The opening player alternates between rounds. Both connected human players must accept a rematch; the practice bot accepts automatically.
